Watchlists and Mini Charts
The home screen lets you build custom fund groups called mini charts. These give you a live snapshot of your investments along with context about where each fund stands relative to its peak — useful for daily monitoring and client conversations.
Creating Groups
To create a group, go to the home screen and select New Group. Give it a name — for example, a model portfolio or a set of funds you're actively tracking for individual clients. Add the funds you want to monitor, then arrange the groups in the order you prefer. Groups appear on the home screen in the order you set, so you can put your most-watched portfolios at the top.
What Mini Charts Show
Each mini chart displays two key data points:
- Current quote — the fund's price as of today
- Loss from peak — how far the fund has fallen from its all-time high
The peak-to-current drawdown is particularly useful when managing client accounts. If you invested a client at the peak and the fund has since declined, this number represents your worst-case loss scenario for that client. Tracking it tells you whether you are currently generating returns or whether the fund needs to recover lost ground before it begins making money for the client. For example, if a fund like EEM is down 9% from its peak, a client who entered at the top is still in a loss position regardless of recent price movement.
To view a full chart for any fund, click through from the mini chart to the detailed chart view. Many advisors pull this up while trading to get a quick read on current conditions before placing orders.
Notes and Hashtags
You can attach a note to any investment in your watchlist — for example, to record context from a wholesaler visit or flag a fund for follow-up. Within a note, you can add hashtags to categorize entries. Your hashtags are collected in a dedicated panel, and selecting a hashtag pulls up every investment you have tagged with it. This makes it easy to group and retrieve funds across different watchlists without reorganizing your groups.
Mobile Monitoring
Mini charts work well on an iPhone. The home screen layout is optimized for smaller screens, so you can check current quotes and drawdown figures for all your groups without needing a desktop. For advisors who monitor positions throughout the day, this makes it practical to stay on top of client accounts from anywhere.
